my poor men

(EDITED FOR CONTENT) are sick.

(EDITED FOR CONTENT) got his first set of shots today. He could not figure out what in the world would make his nurse act like that! (he was flirting her only seconds before). I will take heart that he will forgive me later when he realises that he did not get mumps or whooping cough or even the chicken pox!

Jared has a nasty cold. He needs all the sympathy he can get... I made him go to work anyway.

(I could not find a picture of just (EDITED FOR CONTENT)... whatever (EDITED FOR CONTENT) has daddy's cold - or the other way around- and (EDITED FOR CONTENT) is being treated for strep so it all works out in the end)

My poor little (EDITED FOR CONTENT) got strep throat.
She is so creative that she told me that there was a bee in her throat.
I thought it was just a cold until she stated that the "damn evil bee" would not let her eat or drink. you all know (EDITED FOR CONTENT) just about nothing keeps her from eating!
It is so good to here (EDITED FOR CONTENT)'s view of the world.

bikes!

When I was told that a baby brother was coming to me, I asked my mom if she would not rather just give us bikes.
I am glad that (EDITED FOR CONTENT) did not say that to me! although she did say if it was a sister we would have to put her back. (i wonder if she just did not want to share her room with someone else) so, they got bikes anyway and now #1 can ride her bike without her training wheels! I am so very proud!

#1 sings!

(EDITED FOR CONTENT), my precious spoiled brat, dragged me to the walk-a-thon her school had she said that she needed to sing. here is the video of the whole kindergarten singing at the most fun walk-a-thon I have ever been to (the only one too).
